2026LiveProducer, host, everything
/output
A podcast published as one of Pablo IO's outputs. ElevenLabs voice, Spotify distribution, weekly cadence.
/output is what comes out when you treat a studio like a studio. Each episode is produced end-to-end through a single pipeline: a written script, a synthesized ElevenLabs voice that now sounds like mine, and a light edit pass before distribution.
The first episode is live on Spotify. The cadence is weekly. The format will drift as the show figures out what it is — which is part of the point, because the show is partly a document of the figuring-out.
What it taught me §
- Voice synthesis is good enough that the bottleneck is writing, not audio quality. The quality gate moved upstream. That’s uncomfortable and clarifying.
- A podcast is a serial commitment disguised as a casual format. Week one feels free. Week twelve is where the system either holds or doesn’t.
- The absence of a guest forces a different discipline. You can’t hide behind an interesting conversation. Every minute has to earn itself.
